Terms of service.

 

1.    PRICING

All pricingis exclusive of a blow-dry (unless that is what you have specifically booked for). Superhair0 will provide adequate information on how the hair and face should be prepared prior to (on the day) styling. If this is not adhered to, the client will be charged for an additional blow-dry. All pricing is subject to change upon verbal or written agreement.  

2.    TRIALS
All trials are held at the agreed-upon time and location, Trials usually take up to 90 minutes at $150.

Available trial times over winter 2023 are Tuesdays 7.30- 10.30am, 9.30am - 3pm Wednesdays, 3-6 on Sundays.. For any times outside of these please contact me to find a time that works for both parties. Trial times may change over summer.

3.    BOOKINGS

For wedding parties to secure the service date, a $200 deposit is required, and for special events film or photo shoot a $100 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to, a situation where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, and family situation and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change in regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures. Please be advised that if the deposit is not paid, then your service date is not confirmed and locked in. if your booking is not locked in via deposit, superhair0 may become unavailable between stating availability and securing your date.

Superhair0 has a minimum of 4 service bookings on Friday,Saturday and Sunday during peak season.

booking procedure:

  • Get a quote, your quote will be created during the 'proposal' phase of the booking procedure this will be emailed to you after your enquiry form is accepted with availability. 

  • Secure the date, a $100 or $200 deposit (depending if you are a bride/ wedding party or special event, film or photoshoot) is required to secure your booking, you will receive an invoice for this. 

  • If you have booked a trial you will receive an email invite to book this online 4 months or less before the event date.

  • before the wedding you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance (which will have your subtracted deposit on it).  

    Notes:

  • There are no hidden costs, any extras will be discussed - this would include any last-minute services you add on

  • Please check your invoices are correct before paying and feel free to ask any questions

4.    BOOKING NUMBERS
Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, you may add to the number of services at any stage if time allows but we do not offer any reductions once numbers are confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, and family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures. You may change the person the service was booked for if plans change.

5.     TRAVEL
one to three service bookings are usually carried out at my home studio location in Luggate unless otherwise discussed. If you would prefer a home service for bookings under 3 services a travel fee will apply. A travel fee is charged if the service is more than 30 mins drive away for all bookings. if there is no travel package location option that applies to you please ask for a personalized package. Travel that is too far for a single day trip also requires 1 nights accommodation - which is built into the package price provided

6.   EARLY CALL TIMES
A $75 fee will be charged for any bookings that require earlier than a 6 am start time.

7.   PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
For Public Holiday weddings, a 15% surcharge applies.

8.   SATISFACTION
Hair and Makeup will be completed to each client’s satisfaction on the wedding day. Ample time is given for each hairstyle upon booking. Verbal agreeance is thereby confirming the client is happy with the services performed. If the client is unhappy with the styling provided, they must raise their concern whilst Superhair0 is still on location and it will be rectified.

9.   CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
Cancelling or rescheduling trials requires 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling or rescheduling of booked Services requires 90 days’ notice. Failure to notify Superhair0  prior to 90 days, will result in payment is due in full. Failure to pay the full balance due will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the address supplied. If after seven days of the letter being sent, full payment has not been made, Superhair0 will pursue legal action to retrieve those funds. All legal fees will be at the expense of the client.  All deposits are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given. In the unlikely event that Superhair0 is unable to attend the client’s booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, the hairstylist will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid.

10.  COVID 19
Enforced cancellations due to government regulations (lockdown) will result in the client receiving a refund. The deposit fee can be credited to a future date. If Superhair0 is unavailable for the new date 80% of the deposit will be refunded, and the remainder is to cover Admin costs. in Red /orange settings or upon request a mask will be worn by the artist/ stylist. All tools used to apply makeup are either sterilized or disposed of between bookings.

11.   RESCHEDULE/POSTPONEMENTS
If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding,  you will be subject to the new pricing.

12.   SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS
Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride, however, there are certain requirements the hairstylist/ makeup artist needs to complete the services. Working electrical outlets must be available for use by the hairstylist. A work area with a table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly.

13.   PARKING
Parking must be available close to the get-ready location as sometimes there is a lot of equipment required to be brought in for the Services.

14.   USE OF IMAGES
It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio for future clients by signing this contract you confirmation for superhair0 to contact the clients photographer to access professional images and use them for promotional purposes such as website and social media, Please let Superhair0 know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or do not wish to allow Superhair0 to use your images for marketing purposes. Superhair0 is happy to be photographed, please tag @superhair0 or ensure we are credited for the work performed.

15.   MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND ALLERGIES
You must notify me of any medical conditions or allergies you or any other person receiving services might have.  I will do my best to accommodate any medical condition or allergy when performing the Service. However, I cannot guarantee that you or any other client will not react to the products I use. I will only use high-quality professional products however anyone can react to anything including natural ingredients
